Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the applications of the electronic human resources management in the Palestinian ministries (e-human resource planning, e-employment, e-training, and e-evaluation and control).

The study also aimed to identify the support level of Palestinian ministries for the transition process towards e-human resources management.

The study focused on exploring the role of e-human resources management in improving the institutional performance of Palestinian ministries.

Descriptive method has been implemented to achieve the study objectives.

Data and information have been collected from secondary sources and primary sources.

The questionnaire was used as a study tool to collect data from primary sources.

It was distributed to the study sample (193 individuals).

190 completed and valid questionnaires were retrieved.

There are several results of this study, the most important of these results is the positive relationship between the functions of e-human resources management and the improvement of the institutional performance of Palestinian ministries.

The study recommended a set of recommendations, including: enhancing the applications of e-human resources management in the Palestinian ministries, improving the skills and the capabilities of e-human resources management staff, providing the technical requirements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of e-human resources management.

Finally, the study recommended increasing coordination with the the Palestinian General Personnel Council to improve the applications of the e-human resources management, especially the electronic employment function to ensure a high degree of compatibility between candidates and the vacant positions.
