Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the effect of visual sensory enrichment on developing art expression and figural creative thinking for mild intellectual disability.

The participants consisted of (34) students (M = 12.06, SD = 2.124).

The instruments consisted of test of creative thinking -drawing production CT-DP and test of art expression (drawing on the topic of peculiar flower).

The researcher used quasi-experimental design that based on only one experimental group.

The researcher used the t-test for paired samples.

The results indicated that there are a significant difference between the mean scores of pre-and posttests of the experimental group on certain aspects of TCT-DP (completion, new elements, and humor) and on all aspects of the flower drawing (color, shape, proportion, and spatial distribution) in favor to post-test.
