Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the point of views of elementary school principals about the elementary teachers implementation of the organizational values?? implied within the teacher preparation programs in colleges of education in the state of Kuwait.

More specifically, this study aimed to identify what desirable organizational values should be implied within the teacher preparation programs, to what extent the elementary teacher implements the organizational values implied within the teacher preparation programs, and what types of obstacles prevent the elementary teacher to implement the organizational values implied within the teacher preparation programs.

To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive and analytical methods were conducted, and a questionnaire was used as data collection tool.

Data were collected from 84 elementary schools principals selected by stratified random sampling method.

The findings of the study showed : (1) the school principals strongly believe in the importance of incorporating organizational values in the teacher preparation programs; (2) the elementary teacher rarely applied organizational values in schools; (3) there were many obstacles strongly prevent the elementary teacher from applying organizational values in the school; (4) there were no statistical significant differences between the point of views of the school principals due to all variables regarding all aspects of the study.

Some recommendations have been suggested in this study.
