Abstract EN

This study aims to know the effect of the talent management system on job immersion at employees of the General Electricity Company in Benghazi, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the relational descriptive approach was used and the researchers developed a questionnaire based on some of the previous studies, where its reliability and stability coefficient were confirmed.

The study population consisted of employees in the various departments of the General Electricity Company in Benghazi, whose number is (1489) employee, and to determine the size of the target sample, the table Krejcie and Morgan (1970) was relied upon, where its size was determined by (306) employee, and they were chosen by the stratified sample method.

After distributing the questionnaires, (235) forms valid for statistical analysis were retrieved.

And to analyze the study data, a computer was used and a statistical program was used from the software service contained in (SPSS), where many results were reached, which can be summarized as follows: The study revealed that the general level of talent management was average, and the general level of job immersion was high; The study showed the existence of a statistically significant effect of talent management on job immersion in the company under study.

Finally, the study presented a set of recommendations that are hoped to be followed to enhance the level of talent management and career immersion at employees of the company under study.
