Abstract EN

This study aimed to define time management, and how to set and organize goals.

By identifying human experiences, practical ideas in time management, and generalizing the desired benefit through discussion and dissemination, the study followed a descriptive analysis that focuses on the most important characteristics of time and how to invest it, and to explore and extrapolate theoretical concepts and human experiences of time management.

This study is based on the premise that time is a precious productive resource, and that we will not be able to achieve our goals at work, and achieve good relations with others in a balanced manner; Unless we understand time better, and unless time is invested and managed well.

And I found that time has a unique characteristic from other resources in that it cannot be saved for future use.

It recommended the necessity of working with the concepts of time management, spreading the culture of “time management” and promoting it, by holding scientific conferences and symposia, and announcing its characteristics on satellite channels, with the adoption of training programs for employee's at all organizational levels and public and private institutions.
