Abstract EN

This study aimed at investigating the role mobile training in developing twenty first century skills among secondary grade female teachers at Rafhaa governorate, and to identify the effect of the following variables: experience years, academic qualification, the rate of using technological applications.

to achieve these objectives, the researcher used the descriptive methodology, the sample of the study consisted of (54) female teachers at secondary grade in the directorate of Rafhaa, they were chosen randomly.

the researcher designed a questionnaire, it consisted of (39) items divided into three fields : learning and innovation skills, digital literacy skills, and life skills.

the results of the study showed that all the fields of the study achieved the degree "agree" by the female teachers at the secondary grade.

there was no statistically significant difference at level (α ≤ 0.05) for all the variables of the study, in light of these results the study recommended the importance of training mathematics teachers at the faculty of education on developing 21st century skills, and inclusion of the 21st century skills with all its axes in the school curricula in the different stages
