Abstract EN

The study aimed to show the investigations of measurement and its relationship to the purposes of sharia which fundamentalists, by making comparison between the similarities and differences between wisdom, the reason the sign, and the purposes.

the aim of this search is to find out the relationship between measurement investigations with purposes of sharia the similarities and the differences between the cause is one of the pillars of measurement and related words such as wisdom, reason, sign, and how they are related with the purposes of sharia.

and the most important goals from this search is to show the extent of the relationship between the topics of measurement and purposes of sharia and its relationship to legal judgment and the fundamentalists the study relied on the method, analytical based on the stability of the legal texts, the study came to several results including : that the legal rulings are legislated to achieve interests and ware ling off evil, with an appropriate statement legislation, wisdom and significance, them though goals, and objectives that sought sharia in order to achieve.
