This research aims to identify the detailed specifications that should be available in the elements of the educational environment at the Institute of Teaching Arabic Language for non-speakers at the Islamic University of Medinah, and to be acquainted with the reality of the educational environment at the Institute of Teaching Arabic Language for non-speakers at the Islamic University of Medinah.
The research problem is clearly defined by the following questions: 1- What detailed specifications should be available in the elements of the educational environment at the Institute of Teaching Arabic Language for non-speakers at the Islamic University of Medinah? 2- What is the reality of the educational environment at the Institute of Teaching Arabic Language for non-speakers at the Islamic University of Medinah? 3- What is the proposed concept for the development of the educational environment at the Institute of Teaching Arabic Language for non-speakers at the Islamic University of Medinah? The researcher used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire will be prepared to gather related information on the current reality of the educational environment.
The research reached several results, the most important of which are: 1- reach the most important specifications that should be available in the elements of the educational environment at the Institute of Arabic Language Teaching for non-speakers at the Islamic University in Madinah 2- The reality of the educational environment in the Institute of teaching Arabic for non-speakers at the Islamic University in Madinah was weak.
3- Building a proposed vision for the development of the educational environment in the Institute of Arabic Language Teaching for non-speakers at the Islamic University in Medina.
In the light of the results reached, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations and suggested a number of researches that benefit the current research field.
