Abstract EN

The objectives of this study is to illustrates further the debate took place in “Saggiffat beni Saaeda” the most ever important and major problem in the Islamic history after the death of the Messenger Mohamed “peace be upon him”.

The problem of the study is that to what extent without the presence of the Companions “May Allah pleased with them” the debates drive the Umma to a major strife, led to Schmitt and split the Islamic State.

The importance of this study lies in it's narrations of this major issue among the history of Islamic State.

Moreover, the study focused on the role of the Companions “May Allah please them” who succeed in eradicating the sedition from the beginning which contributed in preserving and unifying later the Islamic State.

In this study, the researcher followed the historical, descriptive and analytical methods in narrating the events chronologically since the death of Prophet Muhammad "peace be upon him” not limited to but includes the arrival of both the “Ansar” and later severally the “Mohagreen” to Saggiffat beni Saaeda” respectively.

The study also focusses on the controversary that took place among both in details till the pledge of allegiance to the Calipha Abu Baker Alsiddig “may Allah be pleased with him and grant him”
