This study aims to shed light on the well of Zamzam through its history and its impact on Meccan life before Islam because this well from its emergence had a very great impact on all aspects of life in Makkah.

The importance of the study stems from the fact that it works to trace the stages of the emergence and emergence of this well and its impact on the people Mecca and those coming to it, the temporal and spatial limits of the study: the temporal limits of the study are the period when Ibrahim, peace be upon him, migrated with his wife Hajar and their infant son Ismail, peace be upon them, to re-dig Abd al-Muttalib the well.

The study used the historical, retrospective and descriptive analytical approach in order to reach results, the most important of which are: The connection of the emergence of Mecca with the Well of Zamzam, the greatness of the well of Zamzam through the abundance of names of this well, the clear influence of Zamzam on the poets of the pre-Islamic era greatly.
