This research aimed to identify the role of e-learning in completing the educational process during the Covid19 pandemic, and to identify the role of educational institutions in health education about the epidemic, as the study community was represented by employees, teachers and students of the Education Directorate of Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate - Palestine, and the research is considered It is a modern topic and it is still the focus of many studies, but the combination of e-learning and the Corona virus and the study of the relationship that binds them and the role that e-learning practices contribute to the effectiveness of the educational process represents a new study, and given the importance of the topic, this research was written.

In order to accomplish this research, the descriptive approach was used, and it was applied to a random sample of teachers and employees of the Directorate of Education and school students and the sample number was (50) individuals, and the data were collected through personal interviews for their suitability for the purposes of the research, and the results were extracted through answers to questions Interviews.

The most important results of the research were that the majority of the respondents assert that face education is more effective than e-learning, but it is the most appropriate alternative during the Covid-19 virus pandemic to complete the educational process.

It is important to develop plans and strategies to support educational curricula that are compatible with crises, specifically the Covid-19 crisis, and it is important to form work teams whose task is to diagnose educational crises before they occur and to develop modern mechanisms that work to bring education to advanced stages, taking into account the obstacles facing e-learning
