Abstract EN

Studying the natural factors and the role they play in agricultural production in general and oil plants in particular have great importance after the industrial development.

These plants become raw material in many industries for they have direct influence on oil plants because they have a fast variable influence that may cause big damage on the plants if, first they change in opposition to its requirements and , second , because of man's inability to control over nature and its influence on these plants thus, the natural factors of any place becomes the most important; thing to decide the kind of agricultural production.

This study presents that the natural factors influence the production of oil plants in Al-Rumeitgha in different rates.

In the first place came the weather in its different elements which leads to the big variation in the production during the time of the study between 2000 -2005 inspite of the other factors such as (surface) , soil and wateer vesourse that are positively present during the time of regeneration .

That is why Al-Rumeitha ia a central region in producing these plants .

So, better efforts should be given to improve this agricultural production by exploiting the natural factors present ther scientifically to preserve it and have benefit from it.
