تحليل ظاهرة نمو و تطور الإنفاق الحكومي في المملكة العربية السعودية خلال المدة (1985-2007)‎

Abstract EN

The study aims at analyzing the phenomenon of growth and development government expenditure in Saudi Arabia kingdom depending on time series data for the period (1985 - 2007) , for the sake of giving a clear image and perfectly about expenditure policy in Saudi Arabia kingdom we concentrated on developmental trends and expenditure structure in addition to analyzing the relationship between government expenditure and some factors affecting its level using measurements and important indicators such as average , marginal propensity and elasticities , the study concluded that government expenditure was growing up continuously upon time and part of this growth was superficial as a result of increase prices general level represented by inflation in addition to population increase , besides there was a decrease in the role of Saudi government as regards interfering with economic activity on the other hands they were interesting in fields which lead to the increase of educational , health and entertainment levels for society individuals , in additional there was increase in satisfaction level of public goods and services ,and an improvement in welfare level of Saudi citizen .
