Scenarios developed by the international commission on climate change to increase in the proportion of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases will lead to changes in climate and environmental different in several ways, and in light of these changes emerged of climate change on the political agenda therefore initiated by undp with the world to the establishment of the international panel on climate change to provide policy makers with scientific assertive with regard to climate change and develop advice and options and policy advice and realistic research aims to study global wanning and its causes and the most options to reduce or mitigate this phenomenon, has made the study with an introduction and two sections, as well as the results, where addressing the first section the concept of global warming and its causes the most prominent of greenhouse gases blamed for this phenomenon and its implications either the second section will display the most options to mitigate this phenomenon, such as geological storage and ocean storage of carbon dioxide mitigation options nitrous oxide, methane, and other options in the areas of energy, agriculture, industry, transport, buildings, forestry and waste as well as for difficult choices in light of experience so far.
