Abstract EN

The purpose of the present article is the study of how a patient with a low back pain expresses his body image, in order to know if he suffers from a disorder into the clinical approach of case study through the projective tests.

A case was applied on an adult 33 old, after analyzing, the study result showed that the patient with a low back pain suffers a disorder in his body image throught a severe anatomical responses that point to body concerns with anguish related to it, the absence of the common answers on the board that illustrates the body and identity image according to the Rorschach test.

Issues of identification with an incapacity of gender differnciation in a relational context according to a thematic apperception test.
