Abstract EN

The historical reading is one of the readings that dealt with the religious text ،and its significance was discerned in the time of the issuance of these texts ،which resulted in its isolation from contemporary reality .

This reading is based on philosophical foundations that represent the evidence of the validity of that reading.

Therefore ،criticism and evaluation of this reading depends on the analysis of these philosophical foundations and evidence.

The most importantelements presented by the historians of the religious texts are : The first is that the doctrinal texts are the results of the inner experience of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him ،)which requires the apostates to follow the same approach and to provide the human society with a guarantee of the continuity of the Muhammadic statements.

The most important objection to this is how to measure and evaluate the individual experiences of the public .

Second: The legal and moral texts represented the legal and legal aspects of society as a result of the social circumstances that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) lived through.

It is a reflection of his external experience that can not be transgressed for the rest of the ages .

The most important objection on this basis is that it completely contradicts the principle of the Khatami of Islam and its dominance over all laws.
