Abstract EN

The concept of Ijtihad, the jurists common meaning, is to do the best effort to obtain the presumption of the legal judgment, so it would not be obtained unless it was based on legal rules that are agreed upon by the jurists.

For Al- Ijtihad that the modernists attempts to export to the Islamic thought field; it is based on the pure opinion neglecting, or free of, all the rules that the Muslim jurists had based.

To fabricate the pretext of this liberty, or neglecting, the modernists attempt hard to prove that the rules of (the principles of Jurisprudence) are wrong, as they believe that these rules or principles are obtained through wrong doctrine of some of the ancient jurists upon the sayings and actions of the prophet Mohammed (prayer and peace be upon him and his pure progenies).
