The nature of the rationality of public decision in Algeria

Abstract EN

The aim of this paper is to analyses the theoretical foundations of the rationality of public.

We questioned the explanatory foundations of public decision-making in the case of Algeria, after positioning the problem in the Algerian context, where we have cited some cases of public decisions that have been the subject of serious criticism by many observers; we have sought to find an interpretation to these different decisions, and others.

To do this, we have referred to the works of public economics, which provides us with a wealth of explanations and interpretations of decision-making and the adoption of public policies.

We have then very synthetically approached the problem of the rationalization of public decisions in Algeria, based on the theoretical analysis.

La nature de la rationalité des décisions publiques en AlgérieCet article a pour objet l'analyse théorique des fondements de la rationalité des décisions publique Apres avoir positionné le problème dans le contexte algérien ou nous avons cité quelques cas de décisions publiques ayant fait l'objet de critiques sévères de la part de nombreux observateurs, nous avons cherché à trouver une interprétation à ces différentes décisions, et d'autres encore.

Pour ce faire, nous nous sommes référé aux travaux de l'économie publique qui nous fournissent tout un corpus d'explications et d'interprétations sur la prise de décisions et sur l'adoption des politiques publiques.

Nous avons abordé ensuite très synthétiquement la problématique de la rationalisation des décisions publiques en Algérie à la lumière de l'analyse théorique
