Academic freedoms are one of the most important components of university education and its basic pillars, which contribute to achieving its quality and improving its outputs, and to this end the digitization comes as a necessary demand aimed at creating a cyber and digital space that acquires through the student and the university researcher more freedom in the exercise of his activities.

The academy includes university education and scientific research.

In this context, this paper aims to highlight the digitization of academic freedoms, their concept, patterns, their impact and their role in the development of education in university institutions, and the achievement of the required quality.
