The promotion of university to the world university level is subject to the effective application of the higher education quality assurance system, which can only be achieved if the knowledge revolution in the world is kept abreast and the educational process is digitized by integrating modern information and communication technologies into all its components.

It is of great importance to improve the University's output, to achieve sustainable development and to move toward a knowledge society, which we seek to clarify in this paper
