This paper explores the effective role of the digital library in the development and quality of scientific research for researchers, professors and university students, and the study aims to identify the digitization system and indicate the concept of digital library with the identification of concepts of similar terms and highlights, the study also addresses the importance of digital education in the field of research and scientific training for scholars, researchers and scholars in obtaining the source of information, especially with the wide spread of digital library projects in the various international universities, especially with the success of the experiments presented by various world's leading universities in digitizing their university library system, with some of the national models of library digitization in algeria being stripped.
