The rapid spread of the new virus after the first case appeared in China has turned the world upside down; the global economy faced a devastating shock.
Countries have taken containment as a measure to counter and curb the spread of the virus, which has affected the economies of the countries.
This led us to study the socio-economic impact of the pandemic risk on the commerce of the city of Constantine, using a double analysis, on the one hand, analysis of the content of the documents available and on the other the analysis of results of the field survey.
This survey combines direct observation, semi-structured interviews and the application of the cindynic approach in order to analyze the results obtained.
These show that commerce is capable not only of adapting to the different circumstances of political decisions but also of reconfiguring urban space.
So there are always strong points in the actor / actor relationship, despite the multiple deficits between them.

La propagation rapide du virus COVID 19 dès l'apparition du premier cas en Chine a bouleversé le monde, ce qui a retentit sur l'économie mondiale.
Dès lors, les pays ont pris le confinement comme solution.
A l'instar des pays en voie de développement l'économie algérienne s'est affaiblie.
Ceci nous a emmené à étudier l'impact socioéconomique du risque pandémique sur le commerce de la ville de Constantine, en utilisant une double analyse, d'une part, l'analyse du contenu des documents disponibles et de l'autre l'analyse des résultats de l'enquête de terrain.
Cette enquête conjugue l'observation directe, les entretiens semi-directif et l'application de l'approche cindyniques afin d'analyser les résultats obtenus.
Ceux-ci montrent que le commerce est capable non seulement de s'adapter aux différentes circonstances des décisions politiques mais aussi à reconfigurer l'espace urbain.
Ainsi il existe toujours des points forts dans la relation acteur/acteur, malgré les multiples déficits entre eux.
