Abstract EN

Many small and medium enterprises emerged from the restructuring and fragmentation of the Algerian public companies since 1993, such as Prosider Company in Annaba, which was activated in the metal transformation and metal products construction sector.

She have extracted and swarmed the secondary activities such as guard and security, work medicine, transportation, food… to outsourcing and swarming companies, through the application of the swarming device from 1994 to 1997.

Based on this, through the results of empirical study and the data collected confirms that: the swarming and outsourcing is better than privatization, at the level of management of employment relations, and the emergence of industrial workers.

So what is The nature and the reality of labor relations in those enterprises? .

This paper aims at revealing the reality of the management of employment relations in the outsourcing, and swarmed enterprises resulting from the application of the swarming device at the Prosider enterprise since 1994/1997.

Based on an empirical study (PhD thesis 2009).
