Controlling information and the ability to employ it will be decisive factors in the policies of states and peoples' orientations, between freedom and get rid of dependency, liberation and emancipation from the yoke of colonialism.

This research paper, aims to demonstrate the role of digital diplomacy in introducing peoples' issues, and exactly what is related to their liberation, and in the Palestinian and Western Sahara model are two examples that their people seek to employ whatever is available to them in order to publicize their cause.
