The entrepreneurial spirit as a processconsisting of a set of attitudes and skillsconducive to an entrepreneurial orientation.

The university alongside other factors ofsocialization could develop it.

And thisevolving towards an entrepreneurialuniversity by adopting an entrepreneurialorientation.

As a result, it has to adoptentrepreneurial practices both in its internaland external environment.
