Dialogue is one of the arts of speech and conversation, an advanced form of communication and understanding, a method of science and knowledge, a method of awareness and culture, a means of education, communication and advocacy, and a bridge for nations to communicate.

with the current situation in which we live, the need for it has increased, so this paper came under the title: “dialogue and self-construction and civilization, reality and ambition”, which aims to clarify the concept of dialogue and clarify the types of disagreement and how to advance in the personal and legal self through correcting concepts and respecting the other and showing that difference is a continuous universal year.

to establish and that as a means of communication, how to be exploited to reach understanding and cooperation to get out of crises and problems, and how to reach a cultural and civilizational cross-fertilization between the intertwined cultural and civilizational components, in order to build self and civilization.

it is based on the basic legislative principles represented in the book, the Sunnah, the lives of the rightly-guided caliphs and the facts of the nation’s scholars in the light of those principles.

dialogue is a method that takes place between two parties, each of whom promotes from the hadith what he sees and reviews the party in an area and his thought with the intention of clarifying the facts and deciding them from his point of view.
