And to highlight the qualities of the ruler, but they were not delivered from injustice and oppression In view of the serious political, social and historical events that occurred in Andalusia throughout the ages, theprison was a general phenomenon associated with this diverse society, and it was confirmed to the researcher that this phenomenon deserves to be studied and studied for the great exposure of the poets and the media to the prison and the oppression What motivated the researcher to study such a subject, he said the research and studies that dealt with on the one hand, in addition to what the subject of the grandfather and novelty at the same time on the other hand, and it reflects the historical and cultural situation in Andalusia As for the methodology of the research used, because of the complexity and multiple aspects of the subject of research, the researcher resorted to a multiplicity of methods in the research, to cover the subject of research, the researcher relied on the historical and technical, social and psychological, where the researcher gave each of these curriculum role and space of research Based on the above, the researcher divided the research into an introduction, a preface, two papers and a conclusion As for the introduction, the researcher discussed the subject of prison poetry in Andalusian literature and its status.
