Abstract EN

This research is a critique based on the ethics standard regarding the general and fundamental principles of biological theories in criminology.

This criticism is in the face of a prominent model of these theories, the theory of (Lombroso) in the criminal man by nature or natural composition, and the adoption of this theory in the classification of the criminal on the Darwinism evolutionary theory.

This therefore necessitated the establishment of ethical standards to be based on criticism, derived primarily from Islamic sources and general principles of human rights.

The study concluded that these theories based their judgments on the justifications and the uncertain and non-standard postulates, which made them contrary to the principles and laws of truth and justice.
