The subject of this research The Purposes associated with the provisions of the home , s people they have peace upon them ،I started at first about the Importance of the subject and the reasons of his selection And the Objective of the research ، Then the previous studies And difficulties ،And Finally the research plan .The research divided into two chapters Each chapter was divided into several sections The first chapter is devoted to the definition of the titles And divided into three sections ،In the first section I explained the definition of the purpose in the language and terminology ،Then the second section devoted to the definition of the provisions in the language and terminology ،And the third section is devoted to the definition of the home's people in the Language and terminology.

The second chapter was devoted the special provisions of the home's people and associated purposes to it in several sections about purity ،and prayer ،and the rulings of the dead, And capture ، special to home's people .Finally the Conclusions.
