As a result of the developments and changes taking place at the global economic level, countries are aiming to undertake new investment projects in the infrastructure sector, as the reality of the latter requires a reconsideration of the roles assigned to the public sector, by reducing its role in economic activity with the corresponding increase and diversity of the sector’s roles.
