This document provides an approach about the way university teachers .

Deal with difficulties in applying quality standards in higher education in the university of Algeria .the survey of field study has clearly revealed the main difficulties in applying quality standards in higher education particularly in Algiers university 2 .consequently ,the problem raised is as follows : Are there any differences in statistical significance among university teachers responses about the difficulties in applying quality standards on the human and material means ,bases structures ,digital education.? A questionnaire has been intended for 48 university teachers .yet , the results of the survey had revealed that there are differences in statistical significance among university teachers responses about the differences in applying quality standards on the human and material means .bases structures and digital education levels
