The purpose of this study is to high light the equality between investors, in order to bring their money to be invested in Algeria, according to the law 16 / 09, art.

21 related to investment, stipulates an equitable treatment with regard to the rights and obligations attached to their investments.

this guarantee requires the necessity of not making any trade-offs between the national and foreign investor.

the legislative maneuvers and the fanaticism of national sovereignty may explicitly restrict this guarantee, and stand in the way of it, and this is what leads to the freezing of the rules of economic governance.
