This article proposes to demonstrate that the writing of Anouar Benmalek is a writing that restores justice to the victims of the wars of the twentieth century.
The three novels Ô Maria, L’Enfant du people ancient, Fils du Shéol showcase the author’s desire to combine the power of Memory and that of Justice to allow the war victim to be recognized, heard and welcome in a writing which thus becomes a redemptive writing.

Le présent article se propose de démontrer que l'écriture d'Anouar Benmalek est une écriture restauratrice d'une justice à l'égard des victimes des guerres du vingtième siècle.
Les trois romans Ô Maria, L'Enfant du peuple ancien et Fils du Shéol mettent en scène ce désir de l'auteur de jumeler la puissance de la Mémoire et celle de la Justice pour permettre à la victime de guerre d'être reconnue, entendue et accueillie dans une écriture qui devient ainsi une écriture rédemptrice.
