This article aims to highlight the qualifications and sources that the leader must have in order to derive the methodological guidance from the Holy Qur’an through researching the heritage of stars of the interpretation of the Holy Qur’an and religious reform in Algeria, Sheikh : Abdul Hamid Ibn Badis al-Jazaery (1889-1940), to highlight his qualifications and sources in deducing methodological guidance through his interpretation of the Holy Qur’an, so that we may emulate him today.
