The success of any social, economic and other development plan is linked to the existence of an efficient human component, as the human being is the goal of development, and public health is one of the goals of the development process and is also an essential factor in the completion of its efforts and programs.

Disasters and crises affect the process of development and production and threaten human life, so they must be confronted .

People are exposed to many crises, epidemics, viruses and disasters that threaten their lives and expose them to dangers such as exposure to Coronavirus (Covid 19), which is an ongoing global pandemic.

And the World Health Organization officially announced that more than 21 million cases of Covid 19 in more than 188 countries and regions untill the date of August 14, 2020, and most people recover, as about 80% of patients do not need the wrong treatment, but almost the symptoms are severe in a one person out of (5) people with Covid 19 disease and he suffers from difficulty breathing, and the risk of complications increases among the elderly and people who suffer from other health problems such as high blood pressure, heart, lung and cancer.

Hence, we need the cooperation of organizations, institutions, all professions and various specializations to confront crises and viruses, including the profession of social work, which is one of the professions that deal with disasters as it seeks to provide aid on a regular basis to individuals and has the ability to interact with the issues of different groups in order to provide preventive, curative and developmental programs .
