The study aimed to prepare a learning program to learn the skill of the crushing straight blow in volleyball and to study its effect on the level of skill performance and cognitive achievement and the follow-up of the students towards the use of the learning method, and the researcher used the experimental method.

The research sample was chosen randomly.

The number of the research sample reached (40) students divided into Two groups of one of them are experimental, the largest of which is (20), where they were taught in training exercises for a position, the largest of which (20) was taught in the method used in teaching in the college.

Explanation and working model in the playground.

The size of the exploratory study sample (20) studentsOutside the basic study sample, the data collection tool was represented in the cognitive test that measures cognitive achievement, the skill tests that measure the extent to which the course achieved the skill objectives, the measure of the students ’attitude towards blended learning, and the most important results were the superiority of the experimental group that was taught using blended learning over the control group.

She was taught by the method used in education (explanation and presentation) in the degrees of cognitive achievement (cognitive test) for the volleyball course, the opinions and impressions of students towards using the integrated learning program in learning, the majority of them are positive
