There is no doubt that the news sites are a powerful and dangerous means, which is a means of social control, which plays an important and positive role in covering cultural issues from the fact that culture is one of the castles of community development due to its close relationship with all segments of society with different directions.

In this sense, the importance of the study is a continuation of a part that has not been addressed in the reality of previous studies, most of which focused on the communicator or the public.

And the positioning of news sites "subject of study" to an objective assessment of its role and nature of cultural abuse, which contributes to the evaluation of its editorial policy and journalistic practice in general.

Through a content analysis of the editorial material of the cultural development materials in the news sites under study and interviewing the site's communicators, within the framework of the critical theory and gatekeeper.
