Reducing pollution of environment is an important aim of this study, Box-Jenkins models cannot predict volatility even if its residuals having ARCH effect, the GARCH (1, 1) model have been used because the residuals of the mean equation has ARCH effect.

Depending on GARCH (1, 1) model we forecasted for sixty days respectively, the forecasted weight of waste is increasing it implies that the pollution of environment is also increased if the waste does not disposed of in a scientific way
