The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of a computerized educational program based on the use of educational activities, and the use of blended education in acquiring reading and writing skills for Arabic language learners in elementary schools in Sweden.

The research community consists of students, who are beginners of nonnative speakers of Arabic in a number of Swedish schools, in three different cities (Göteborg, Halland, Stockholm), the number of students is (24) students ,(10) are females and (14) are males, the ages were between 7 and 8 years, They were randomly assigned to two groups (an experimental group) taught using language activities and blended learning materials which prepared by the researcher.

Regular (educational activities) were used with the control group approved by other teachers from curricula and books that were printed outside Sweden, and the teachers in the control group did not use the blended learning activities, which prepared by the researcher or the I pad apps.

The result was calculated and compared at Bloom's cognitive levels in recognition and understanding.

The program proved its effectiveness in increasing reading and writing skills of the experimental sample.

The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between reading and writing skills, and there were statistically significant differences between literacy skills and writing between the control and experimental groups in favor of the experimental group.
