Abstract EN

When the leaders of the revolution gathered at the conference of Sommam on August 20 1956, recognized the necessity of working on expanding the area of the revolution towards the south.

The establishment of a sixth revolutionary wilaya, they were aware of the extent to which new wilaya needed human capabilities and material means in its first stage, and for this it was decided to appoint Ali Mallah at its head and support it with soldiers and weapons by the third and fourth wilayas, because the sixth wilaya was in dire need of its sons in the struggle against colonialism, so it recruit those who saw it capable of that, especially those who had received military training in the ranks of the French army or who had participated in previous wars.

But they found some difficult to find a formula of understanding between the transferred soldiers and the local soldiers, which resulted in a kind of fighting and killing, in this case the fourth wilaya had to penetrate for support so that the sixth wilaya would continue its activities.

Perhaps the importance of this study enables the following objectives: -Explain revolutionary relations that existed between the historical states in general, and size and nature of the relationships that prevailed in the fourth and sixth states.
