Contrary to the meanings established for the term poverty in French and Latin dictionaries in general, the connotations associated with the term poverty in Arab dictionaries are distinguished by their comprehensive meanings, as they refer to the need and social deprivation of means of living, that are considered as indicators which lead to integration's rates in socially defined consumer standards.

On the other hand, it refers to the contents of disability and the will to dominate that govern the relationship of the dominant groups with the dominated groups, in a way that allows the first group to reproduce poverty and maintain a continuity that exceeds its cultural and social capital.
