Sheikh Mohamed Bashir Brahimi is one of the most important intellectual national figures who experienced the French colonization of Algeria, and faced it with the the word and the pen, and contributed effectively to build Algerian collective awareness and installing a culture of freedom and defending on homeland.

He is also one of the builders of the revolutionary liberal ideology that was the product of the Algerian revolution and Algeria's independence.

One of the living examples of the struggle of the word and the pen adopted by this freedom fighter is his handling of the issues of the colonizer in his various writings, the most important of which is the famous author (the effects of Imam Muhammad al-Bashir Brahimi),and he specified most of it to the description of the colonizer and revealed his nature and to show his methods and his apparent and harmful games to the people of Algeria.

My article is a survey study and analysis of the literary image painted by Sheikh Mohammed al-Bashir Brahimi of the French colonizer, in order to identify that image in terms of its evaluation, within the framework of the approach to comparative literary studies.
