هدفت الدراسة الحالية للبحث في العلاقة بين الفعالية الذاتية و مصدر الضبط الصحي الداخلي باعتبارها من متغيرات الشخصية الحامية للصحة، على اعتبار أن المتغيرين يحملان خصائص متشابهة و للتأكيد على أهمية دراسة و تدعيم الجانب الوقائي للصحة من خلال التركيز على هذا النوع من المتغيرات ذات الأثر الحامي للصحة، و قد شملت الدراسة عينة مكونة من (60) فردا مصابين بأنواع مختلفة من الأمراض القلبية متواجدين في حالة استشفاء، تمت الدراسة وفق المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي بالاعتماد على أداتين هما مقياس الفعالية الذاتية و مقياس مصدر الضبط الصحي الذي يضم ثلاث أبعاد (البعد الداخلي، بعد الحظ البعد الخارجي)، و بعد حساب معامل الارتباط دلت النتائج إلى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباط بين الفعالية الذاتية و مصدر الضبط الصحي في بعده الداخلي (0.

Abstract EN
The current study aimed to researching the relationship between self-efficacy and the internal health locus of control as a protective factors for health, the study included a sample of (60) individuals with different types of heart disease in a state of hospitalization, the study was carried out in accordance with the descriptive correlation method based on two instruments, the self-efficacy scale and the health locus of control scale, after calculating the coefficient of correlation, the results indicated that there is a correlation between self-efficacy and the internal health locus of control (0.
44) which indicates that higher levels of self-efficacy perceptions leads individuals to adopt an internal health locus of control.
