This article examines the problematic nature of cultural criticism in terms of concept, especially as its terminology has moved to contemporary Arab criticism through the influence of the west and its culture, and therefore the question arises: how did Arab criticism receive western cultural and conceptual experience in terms of concept and term? Does the cultural background of foreign terms have an impact on achieving or transferring the concept to Arab monetary culture?
