Abstract EN

The present study aimed to know the knowledge of administrative empowerment among the workers of the education sector (professors and administrators) in light of the COVID 19 pandemic in the following institutions: primary Helbah Abd el Rahman, and medium Shalawshi Jalloul, and prince Abdul Qadir high school, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a sample questionnaire consisting of (40), the study showed the following results: administrative empowerment contributes to mitigating the psychological and social impacts of workers in the education sector (professors-administrative) in light of the Corona pandemic (COVID 19).
