Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the effect of the homogeneity of the couple's cognitive style on marital compatibility in a sample of husbands and wives among a sample of (200) in Adrar state, during which the two researchers relied on testing the included forms to measure the cognitive cognitive style, and the marital compatibility scale, after confirming their validity and consistency.

after statistically processing the data, the study concluded that: there is no relationship between cognitive style and marital compatibility, and there are no differences between couples whose cognitive style is similar to couples whose cognitive style differs.
