the Economic Recovery Support Program (2001-2004) and the Supplementary Program to Support Economic Growth (2005-2009); Although the economic growth consolidation program (2010-2014), public investment has contributed to the advancement and development of many sectors, but the goal of upgrading and diversifying the Algerian economy without hydrocarbons requires more effort and efficiency of the related economic combination.
