هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع التمكين الوظيفي لأساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة مستغانم في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، و بعد التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس من إعداد شورت و رينهارت ترجمة نداء و العمري (2011)، طبقة الباحثون على عينة قدرها 243 أستاذ و أستاذة.
بعدها خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى التمكين الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي متوسط، كما بينت أنه توجد فروق في التمكين الوظيفي تعزى إلى متغيري الجنس و الخبرة المهنية لصالح الذكور و الأكثر من 11 سنة خبرة.
Abstract EN
The objective of the present study was to identify the reality of the functional empowerment of secondary education teachers in Mostaganem city in light of some variables.
after verifying the psychometric characteristics of the scale of short and Reinhart translation of Nidaa and Elomari (2011), the researchers applied a sample of 243 teachers.
the results of the study concluded that the level of functional empowerment of teachers of secondary education was average, and that there were differences in functional empowerment due to gender variables and professional experience for males and more than 11 years of experience.
