تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم عام لمدى تطبيق أساتذة مادة التربية الإسلامية للمقاربة بالكفاءات في عملية التدريس من خلال ملاحظة ميدانية لأداء الأستاذ أثناء التدريس، و لهذا الغرض تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي من خلال تصميم شبكة ملاحظة.
كما سعت الدراسة للتعرف على تأثير الأقدمية في التدريس و طبيعة التكوين على أداء الأستاذ و تمكنه من المقاربة بالكفاءات، كما ختمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات في ضوء النتائج المحصلة.
Abstract EN
The aim of this study is to evaluate teachers of Islamic education who applied the competency-based approach in their teaching process through field observation of their performance during teaching.
the study also aimed to determine the effect of seniority in teaching and the type of training on the teacher's performance and allowed him to approach skills, concluding with a set of recommendations based on the results obtained.
