The qualitative development in communication technology, the internet, and various electronic media, which gave the members of society a wide scope for access to information and led to a significant change in their way of life and their interactions with people, as it directly affected the size and type of crime, and the legitimacy of activities in general, and resulted in a type a new crime was later called "electronic crime".

this research aims to identify information crimes, as they are one of the modern topics that have imposed themselves strongly at the national and international levels alike, and which pose to the criminal legislator the need to confront it with a decisive and deterrent legal arsenal to combat it and punish its perpetrators, depending on the method of scientific analysis of the topic of information crime to identify on the most important scientific and research visions of private security and monitoring of global laws for the subject of the study in addition to developing a scientific proposal, since the privacy of criminalization requires privacy in evidence as well as privacy in prosecution.
